Brigid McCormick, M.A., BCBA
Founder and Clinical Director
Brigid jokes that she has been in the human services field since before she was born. Her parents met working with adults with disabilities, and she has volunteered or worked with agencies since before she could walk. Before attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she received her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Brigid received her teaching certification in Secondary Education from Illinois State University. As the Founder of Precision ABA, LLC, Brigid empowers parents and with the skills they need to help their children excel.
Brigid also serves on the Board for the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis, and is the chair of the Practitioner Education committee. Brigid truly loves working with children and their families, and coaching staff members to become exceptional clinicians. In her free time, Brigid loves to craft and read!
Kevin Schneider M.A., BCBA
Business Manager and Behavior Analyst
Kevin received his Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Kevin wears several hats at Precision ABA, including working as a Behavior Analyst and our Business Manager. As a Behavior Analyst, Kevin enjoys working with adults with developmental disabilities, and their staff and families, on building new skills and supporting new behaviors. Kevin lives for data analysis and spends his free time working on cars, building things, and making spreadsheets.
Office Manager and Behavior Technician
Haley is a Behavior Technician at Precision ABA and has been with us since May 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Springfield. Haley also works as a Preschool Teacher in addition to her time at Precision ABA, where she supports 3-, 4-, and 5-year olds.
She loves her job because she gets to work with great kids and help them grow and achieve their goals. In her free time, she likes to play soccer, be outdoors, and watch movies.
Kim Sosnowski, M.S., BCBA
Kim is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and earned her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology after learning of ABA in her undergraduate internship at the University of Illinois of Chicago. Kim loves that everyday is an adventure with her clients. She loves learning new information, seeing growth within her clients, families, and co-workers as they learn new skills each day. She says she is a giant child herself, making it super fun to go and see the learners she works with everyday. Kim says, “What other job would someone ask you, ‘what do you want to be when you grow up?’ or ‘what is your favorite dinosaur?’" Kim loves to get news from parents about what their child is starting to do or did and believes that she is the lucky one who gets to experience that joy with them.
In her free time, Kim spends time with her boyfriend, family, and, of course, her Bullmastiff named Bane. She enjoys trying new restaurants, seeing movies, playing video games, watching sports, and going on adventures. Most of all, she loves being around the people she loves who inspire her to be the best person she can be each day and who fill her life with love and joy.
Kelsey has worked with the Precision ABA team since September 2017. She is currently attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, working towards her degree in ABA. Before that, she graduated from North Central College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Kelsey loves her job because it’s unique. On a typical day, she gets to hang out with kids, while helping and watching them grow, develop new skills, and meet goals, while also furthering her knowledge and meeting her own goals. And, she says, “I get to work with incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and awesome people.” In her free time, Kelsey likes to coach cheerleading at North Central College, spend time with her family and friends, eat sushi, and watch Grey's Anatomy.
Todd is a Behavior Technician at Precision ABA, and is working towards his Master of Science degree at National Louis University in Applied Behavior Analysis. Before that, he attended Western Illinois University and earned his Bachelor's degree in General Studies and Law Enforcement.
Todd loves working at Precision ABA because he likes being a part of his clients' lives and helping them make progress towards their goals. In his free time, he loves to play football, shop, and watch movies. Todd also loves spending time with his family and visiting his son in Las Vegas.
Registered Behavior Technician
Jackie is a graduate student attending National Louis University, pursuing her post-Master's degree as an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in ABA. Jackie obtained her teaching license in 2010 while completing her Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) Elementary Education in 2011 from National Louis University. Prior to that, she received her BA in History and Child Studies in 2007 from Northern Illinois University.
Jackie loves to help children learn and grow because they help her learn and grow too. In her free time, Jackie enjoys hanging out with her husband and her two sons. When she's not with them, she can be found researching, hanging out with friends, organizing, or reading mom blogs.
Desiree is currently pursing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is in the final step towards graduation, and has been diligently working on her thesis titled, "The effects of tact training on categorization and listener behavior in children with autism.” Before that, she received Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Desiree loves seeing the progress each of her clients makes towards their goals and knowing that she played a role in getting them there! In her free time, Desiree likes hiking, fishing, cooking, working out, and going to concerts!
Natalie is an Intern at Precision ABA, and is working towards her Master of Science degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis. Before that, she attended Saint Mary's for two years and then Lewis University for two years, where she finished her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Natalie loves her job because it gives her passion for the possible. She enjoys helping her learners overcome obstacles and become more independent. She is driven by all the smiles and the "I did it's!" For fun, Natalie enjoys oil painting, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
