Brigid McCormick, M.A., BCBA
Founder and Clinical Director
Brigid jokes that she has been in the human services field since before she was born. Her parents met working with adults with disabilities, and she has volunteered or worked with agencies since before she could walk. Before attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she received her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Brigid received her teaching certification in Secondary Education from Illinois State University. As the Founder of Precision ABA, LLC, Brigid empowers parents and with the skills they need to help their children excel.
Brigid also serves on the Board for the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis, and is the chair of the Practitioner Education committee. Brigid truly loves working with children and their families, and coaching staff members to become exceptional clinicians. In her free time, Brigid loves to craft and read!

Haley also works as a Preschool Teacher in addition to her time at Precision ABA, where she supports 3-, 4-, and 5-year olds.

Kim Sosnowski, M.S., BCBA
Kim is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and earned her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology after learning of ABA in her undergraduate internship at the University of Illinois of Chicago. Kim loves that everyday is an adventure with her clients. She loves learning new information, seeing growth within her clients, families, and co-workers as they learn new skills each day. She says she is a giant child herself, making it super fun to go and see the learners she works with everyday. Kim says, “What other job would someone ask you, ‘what do you want to be when you grow up?’ or ‘what is your favorite dinosaur?’" Kim loves to get news from parents about what their child is starting to do or did and believes that she is the lucky one who gets to experience that joy with them.
In her free time, Kim spends time with her boyfriend, family, and, of course, her Bullmastiff named Bane. She enjoys trying new restaurants, seeing movies, playing video games, watching sports, and going on adventures. Most of all, she loves being around the people she loves who inspire her to be the best person she can be each day and who fill her life with love and joy.

And, she says, "I get to work with incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and awesome people." When she's not doing any of those things, she is either hanging out at home with her boyfriend and pup, Remmy, or spending time with friends and family.
